At REDA Energy we have developed a comprehensive range of cleaners and degreasers suitable for a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance operations as required in the industry. Products are formulated for specific applications and can be used for cleaning and degreasing applications including casing, pipework, equipment, vessels, ROV, and for general purpose rig and deck cleaning.

To ensure the highest standards products have been developed to meet stringent health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Our offshore products are fully CEFAS registered without substitution warning and are available for use both onshore and offshore.

AQUEOUS CLEANERS & DEGREASERS

Our aqueous-based cleaners have been developed to provide effective removal of oils and greases from equipment, surfaces, and machinery whilst offering improved environmental and health attributes. Using water as the solvent base with added detergents & surfactants our aqueous cleaners and degreasers provide an improved environmental footprint over traditional solvent-based products whilst offering a low hazard profile to the operators.

RJ READY

RJ READY is a heavy-duty degreasing agent providing efficient separation between an aqueous and oil phase without emulsion-forming properties. It can be used industrially for the removal of oil and greases from yard machinery, as well as offshore installations and equipment.

RJ READY is a readily biodegradable degreaser that shows excellent surface compatibility and displays a low hazard profile.

RJ READY QB

RJ READY QB is a high-performance aqueous oil degreaser providing efficient separation between an aqueous and oil phase without emulsion forming properties. It is interceptor and environmentally sensitive area friendly. It can be used industrially for the removal of oil and greases from yard machinery, hydrocarbon storage tanks as well as offshore installations and associated petrochemical equipment.

It will de-grease previous and non-pervious surfaces both land and marine-based.

RJ READY PRO

RJ READY PRO is a premium aqueous degreaser, designed specifically for hard to-tackle deposits such as wireline greases providing efficient separation between an aqueous and oil or hydrocarbon phase, without emulsion forming properties. RJ READY PRO is a mixture of non-ionic surfactants and powerful inorganic active ingredients which effectively displaces hydrocarbon molecules from contaminated surfaces. RJ READY PRO is readily biodegradable, non-bio accumulative, shows excellent surface compatibility and displays a low hazard profile.

Our product range includes:

RJ SOLCLEAN

A heavy-duty hydrocarbon deposit remover developed for oilfield and industrial applications. It effectively removes oils, wax, asphaltene deposits and other organic deposits from pipelines, tanks, and other equipment.

RJ SolClean has good compatibility and excellent handling characteristics with a flash point >62°C. The product can be used for a wide variety of industrial cleaning operations where the removal of oils and hydrocarbon deposits is required.

METAL SURFACE TREATMENT

In order to extend the useful life of equipment and parts a proactive cleaning and maintenance program can be highly beneficial. The correct selection and use of chemical protection products will extend the working life of assets, equipment, and spares and help to reduce operating and Capex costs. REDA Energy provides a comprehensive range of surface treatment products targeted to both the removal and prevention of rust and deposits on industrial equipment surfaces. The range of formulated rust and deposit removers effectively penetrate metallic corrosion and scale deposits on metal surfaces to clean and polish whilst providing a high degree of protection to the underlying metal. Corrosion inhibitors and protective coatings are supplied for the prevention of rust and deposit formation on equipment surfaces minimizing loss in efficiency and preventing damage to equipment. RO OT M7150 RUST REMOVER

A formulated blend of surfactants, inhibitors, and water-soluble solvents for the removal of rust, oil, grease, and dirt. The product is designed for oilfield and industrial maintenance applications. It rapidly penetrates the oil and grease layers, loosens dirt and rust deposits on metal surfaces, and is easily rinsed away with water. It is ideal for use on metal equipment and is particularly useful for recycling used metal parts and old stock.

RO OT M7151 RUST REMOVER

A heavy-duty rust and deposit remover for external surfaces. The formulated blend of acids, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors targets and penetrates rust deposits effectively cleaning and polishing the surface. Following treatment, a primer such as RO OT C381 is recommended to prevent further corrosion.

RO OT C381 PRIMER

RO OT C381 Primer is a soft wax coating to protect external equipment and surfaces from corrosion, reducing damage and equipment inefficiency. On application, the liquid product leaves a soft waxy film on the equipment surface that protects against corrosion whilst allowing normal operation and assembly. The film can be readily removed with a standard solvent or alkali cleaner such as RO OT M733.

RO IM C333 PRIMER

A unique product developed for the protection of external metal surfaces. The product can be easily applied to the surface of equipment leaving a thin water-soluble wax coating layer to protect against environmental degradation such as corrosion and color fade. The water-soluble nature of the film makes it easy to wash off prior to equipment used in its intended environment.

RO OT C382 PRIMER

A high-performance, hard coating for corrosion prevention on equipment surfaces. RO OT C382 is an acrylic emulsion based on cross-linked polymer and specially formulated surfactants that adhere to the surface preventing corrosion and repelling dirt and water.
